Our Team

Executive Team & Staff Experience and Expertise

VictoryMD’s Executive Team brings together a diverse combination of healthcare, senior living, operational management, resident services, and family support experience. Collectively, team members possess hands-on experience working directly with aging adults across a variety of care settings and levels of need.

The team’s background includes practical experience in:

  • Resident personal care management and daily living support

  • Medication management oversight and compliance monitoring

  • Nutritional planning and dietary support

  • Food service operations and meal program coordination

  • Housekeeping and environmental safety management

  • Social engagement, activity programming, and companionship services

  • Family communication and resident advocacy

  • Wellness observation and quality-of-life monitoring

  • Support for individuals requiring long-term lifestyle assistance

  • Transitional and short-term recovery support for individuals experiencing temporary health setbacks, hospitalization recovery, rehabilitation transitions, or other transient health challenges

Through these experiences, VictoryMD’s leadership has developed a comprehensive understanding of the physical, emotional, nutritional, social, and environmental factors that contribute to successful aging and sustained independence.

Importantly, VictoryMD was not established to replace physicians, nurses, home health agencies, or assisted living communities. The organization’s services are intentionally focused on preventative, non-medical wellness support designed to address the everyday factors that frequently contribute to avoidable decline.

By promoting healthy routines, encouraging mobility and activity, supporting proper nutrition, assisting with household organization, monitoring for changes in well-being, and providing consistent social engagement, VictoryMD seeks to help individuals maintain independence, improve quality of life, and reduce risks that may otherwise lead to unnecessary hospitalization, accelerated decline, or premature transition into higher levels of care.

The Executive Team believes that many aging adults can benefit significantly from proactive support that reinforces healthy lifestyle behaviors before serious intervention becomes necessary. This preventative philosophy serves as the foundation of every VictoryMD service and every client relationship.

A Preventative Mission

VictoryMD recognizes that healthcare is often most effective when problems are identified before they become crises. While medical providers focus on diagnosis and treatment, VictoryMD focuses on the daily lifestyle factors that influence long-term health outcomes—nutrition, movement, social connection, environmental safety, routine adherence, and overall well-being.

The organization’s mission is simple:

Help older adults remain healthy, engaged, independent, and confident in their own homes for as long as safely possible through compassionate, preventative, non-medical support.

This approach allows families to gain peace of mind, older adults to maintain dignity and independence, and communities to benefit from healthier aging outcomes while respecting the important role that physicians, healthcare providers, and assisted living communities play within the continuum of care.
